The staff at Carlock are exceptional. Our homeowners with another carrier had gone up considerably, so we called around. Keith Rossell at Carlock was the first to call back of all the agencies I talked to. He asked me questions about certain aspects of my home that my other agent didn't consider and found some areas that could save us some money. In the end, we saved a couple hundred dollars, but knowing that we have an agency that TRIES to help its clients is worth its own weight in gold.
