Sandy is the owner of Carlock & Associates, a family-owned agency since 1987. She is highly involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency and even some days you may see her at the reception desk welcoming clients and fielding phone calls. She enjoys spending time with her family; especially her MANY grandchildren both here in Florida and Illinois.

Cheryl has been licensed to sell insurance in Florida since 2004. She previously worked in Connecticut for 25+ years as a Personal Lines supervisor. She enjoys the beautiful Florida weather and all "living in Paradise" has to offer.

Michaela has been with Carlock since 1997. Being from Germany, Michaela works very closely with a majority of our German-speaking clientele as well as our European and English speaking customers. Michaela is very active when not selling insurance. She also is a professional dancer specializing in ballet and modern dance.

Steve Poole moved to Cape Coral from Ohio in 1997 where he was a Licensed Life & Health Insurance agent. After spending several years in the banking industry, Steve came to Carlock & Associates in 2001 and became a Florida Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance agent in 2002. He is also a Licensed Insurance Property & Casualty Insurance agent for the State of Indiana. He is also a licensed and bonded Notary.

Keith has been providing insurance in Florida through Carlock & Associates since 2007. Previously Keith was owner/operator of Keith Rossell Agency, Farmers Ins. & Financial Services Inc. in Illinois from 1999 till moving to Florida in 2007. Keith oversees the daily operations of the Cape Coral and Lehigh office. Besides being 220 licensed, Keith is also a licensed and bonded Notary. He is also a Licensed Insurance Property & Casualty Insurance agent for the State of Illinois.
